Want cheapest photo prints? I totally understand!
While digital cameras and Facebook are great, nothing can replace a good old real photo album! We all want to immortalize the best moments with our kids, to keep traces of our wedding or graduation or trips.
I have lost all my photos on a couple of occasions in my life because I was letting them sit on the hard drive of an old computer or on an old CD that got scratched… I know that nowadays we have cloud computing or other stuff to keep copies of out best pictures but the “feel” is not the same! Is it?
I personally enjoy the feel of a photo album with all my 4×6 photos at the same place. It’s fun to look at that once in a while.
And while it’s fun to buy stuff, I also think it is very important to save as much as we can. As a dividend growth investor seeking early retirement at 45, it is of most importance for me to avoid to spend too much so that I can save a lot and invest my capital in dividend growth stocks.
Here’s where to find the cheapest photo prints.

Printing at home is expensive… or not?
While convenient, printing photo at home is far from cheap… But not in every cases!
Add the costs of the printer, all the different ink cartridges to print in color, the cost of photo paper… all these costs adds up pretty fast and I didn’t even talk about your time, the electricity etc…
But if you print often, it can become pretty interesting.
HowToGeek as estimated the price of printing our own photo to at least 0,30$ per 4×6 photo and 0,85$ per 8×10. So, while you might not save on 4×6, you can save on lot on 8×10 photos!
